We do not store your messages on our servers beyond what is necessary for delivery confirmation.

Your data is used exclusively to provide and improve the Greatr SMS service — account management, API authentication, message routing, and delivery analytics. We never sell, rent, or share your personal data or message content with third parties.
3. SMS Data & Message Privacy
Messages sent through Greatr SMS are processed directly via your Android device. Content is encrypted in transit through your carrier. We act as a relay, not a storage provider. Message metadata (sender, recipient, timestamp, status) is retained for analytics and troubleshooting only.
4. Security Measures
We implement industry-standard security: encrypted API keys (bcrypt), HTTPS-only communication, JWT authentication with expiration, IP-based rate limiting, and regular security audits. Use strong passwords and keep your API keys private.
5. Your Rights & Choices
You can access, update, or delete your account data anytime from your dashboard. Data export available upon request. Account deletion is permanent — all associated data is purged from our systems within 30 days.
