The rules of the road. Using Greatr SMS means you agree to these terms.
1. Acceptance
By using Greatr SMS, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service. These terms apply to all users — free and paid.
2. Service Description
Greatr SMS turns your Android device into an SMS gateway. You connect your phone to our platform, generate an API key, and send/receive SMS via REST API. The service acts as a relay between your applications and your device.
3. Your Responsibilities
You must comply with all applicable SMS laws and regulations. Obtain proper consent from message recipients. Do not use the service for spam, fraud, or illegal content. You are fully responsible for messages sent through your account.
4. API Key Security
API keys grant full access to your account. Keep them private. Do not share, commit to repositories, or expose in client-side code. You are responsible for all activity conducted through your API keys. Revoke compromised keys immediately.
5. Limitation of Liability
Greatr SMS is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for damages arising from service interruptions, message delivery failures, carrier restrictions, or misuse of the platform. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is to stop using the service.
