1. Free Tier
The free tier costs nothing — there is nothing to refund. You can use Greatr SMS with one Android device at no charge, forever. No credit card required to start.
2. Paid Plans
Paid subscriptions unlock additional devices and higher message limits. You are billed monthly or annually. You can cancel anytime from your dashboard — your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period.
3. Refund Eligibility
We offer refunds within 7 days of a new paid subscription charge if you are unsatisfied with the service. Contact us with your account email and reason. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
4. How to Request
Send an email to sms@greatzern.com with the subject "Refund Request" and include your account email and the reason for your request. We review all requests within 48 hours and respond promptly.
